As your therapist, my aim is to guide you toward a more content and fulfilling life. We will uncover and transform negative thought patterns and shift your personal narrative into one of self-compassion and self-love. Changing thinking patterns and beliefs about self cultivates different behaviors that will lead toward realizing long-held aspirations and desired version of one's self.

Approach

I use an integrative approach in sessions, using different modalities to most effectively treat a symptom or struggle. I most commonly use dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for values-based living, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address and reframe thought patterns and behaviors. Additionally, I work from a psychodynamic lens to gain a deeper understanding of your unconscious processes and struggles. This integrative and eclectic approach promotes a personalized and impactful healing journey.

Specializing in anxiety, self-esteem, and depression, my qualifications are rooted in both extensive education and hands-on experience within the mental health field. I actively stay informed about the latest advancements through ongoing training and engagement with relevant literature. In my therapeutic approach, I prioritize evidence-based interventions, ensuring the most effective strategies for addressing anxiety, substance abuse, and mood disorders.

In family therapy, the objective is to strengthen your family's connection. Within session, we will explore areas of conflict and problem-solve to nurture a deeper understanding among family members and create a more functional family unit.
